General Function:

HRDD
Primarily responsible for the identification and assessment of the training needs of the city government employees as well as evaluation of the training conducted by the city.

PPMD:
Check/Validate/Assess the individual performance of personnel, whether it is attuned with the organizational goals and mandates of the office/department,

Primarily responsible for reviewing and evaluating the performance evaluation report.
