SUPPORT GROUP for Employees with Special Concerns and Needs

This is one of our Mental Health Program strategies to initiate prevention, promotion, and education supportive of the mental health of the employees. Support Groups or self-help group is a tool to empower individuals who share common issues and are challenged by similar life situations. By coming together, we can provide mutual support and take the steps necessary to make positive changes in our lives. This may become the bank of knowledge and experience, enabling people to cope and solve life’s practical problems. This support group is specifically intended for employees with special concerns and needs like lactating mothers, solo parents, widows/widowers, parents having children with special needs, cancer survivors, and retiring employees.
