As an added feedback mechanism for the public, the Philippine Civil Service Commission is launching the Contact Center ng Bayan (CCB) — a public feedback facility where the transacting public can send their queries, complaints, commendation, comments, and suggestions, and requests for assistance relative to the delivery of government service. This is in consonance to Republic Act No. 11032 (An Act Promoting Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Government Service Delivery (EODB)). The Human Resource Management Office of the City Government of Davao is fully supporting this program to better improve the services in the government. The CCB can be accessed through this link:
